bubbles themselves i need a better way to put in bubbles i cant make them fit. any suggestions

What programs do you have? If it's just paint it's going to be a pain in the butt, you'd have to make a base ellipse in black, then a smaller one in white to cover it, thus making an outline, then typing the text in it. I find it's best if you type the text in a different area, so you know how big the text is, then make the bubble and re-type the text over the ellipses. That way it's not too small.

I have paint pro7 and ace photo-editer and paint. do the text on one layer overlap the 2 and then try to put in the bubble to cover the text then move the layers..size limitations the bubbles i can do on pro drive me nuts.
